New Patient Acupuncture
- The initial visit includes a comprehensive intake to gather information related to history and current symptoms, lifestyle, emotional state, as well as formulation of treatment goals. This is followed by acupuncture treatment.

Returning Patient Acupuncture

These visits include an abbreviated consultation to discuss current concerns, review of prior issues, adjustments to treatment plan, and an acupuncture treatment.
Acupuncture treatments may include the following FREE of charge: ear seeds, cupping, electro-acupuncture, herbal plasters or ointments.

Cosmetic/Facial Acupuncture
- This natural alternative to Botox uses acupuncture to reduce the signs of aging and helps nourish, revitalize, and smooth the skin to be more healthy and youthful. I have received additional training and am certified in facial acupuncture.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

This is for an online or in-person herbal consultation. *Acupuncture is not provided and herbal formulas are an additional charge.
New Patients: $75 for 60 minutes.

Cupping
Glass or plastic cups applied to the skin using suction. By stimulating the flow of energy and releasing blockages, it helps with pain and inflammation, induces relaxation, and is also a type of deep-tissue massage.
Available as a stand-alone service. No acupuncture or other modalities provided in this visit.

Ear Seeds
- Ear seed therapy (Auriculotherapy) is the stimulation of specific points on the ear, which is believed to be a microsystem of the entire body. Acting like time-release acupuncture, tiny seeds are stuck on to key points on the ear using adhesive tape. They can remain on the ear for up to several weeks for a longer lasting treatment.

Home Visits

Any of my services are also available to you at the convenience of your home. All that is needed is space for a massage table or yoga mat, some privacy, and quiet. Ideally suited for those with limited mobility, post-partum (so you can be with your baby), and recovery from surgery.
